EVE Search - How safe is my position?

Tos' Lavoch	Posted - 2003.07.05 15:02:00 - [1] I've recently started up a new corp and I'm wondering just how safe it is, not from possible agressors but from my own members. They're not a bad bunch or anything but I got thinking about just how safe I am should someone try to usurp my position as CEO. I've invested a lot of my own money into starting up my corp such as buying ships and equipment plus the odd hanger and factory (thank God for the patch) and don't want to loose it.

(so that they can make a vote of no-confidence) - Are you a good CEO, who runs the corp well (because then people will have no reason or want to ursurp you) - Do you vet your employees to ensure that they are interested in contributing to the company, and not just out for their own gain (perhaps get a personnel manager to do some short interviews of new applicants?) I know that Jakuna Fox (CEO of the BSC) is safe in his position, as the corporation is run well. If you keep all the shares you are safe as houses. No real reason to distribute them anyway usually.
Wong Luchan Interstellar Operations Incorporated	Posted - 2007.08.22 15:28:00 - [10] If you run the corp well you should have no problem, expect your members to contribute in some way, ie spare ships for new members, loot and salvage from mission ops and corp organised mining ops, all the usual stuff a corp does, if you are that worried restrict access to some areas within your hangar divisions and put your valuable stuff where only those long term trusted members have access. Only allow new recruits limited access or contract stuff them No-one can fully stop corp theft but you can limit the dmage with a little forethought.
