Im not too sure but is this game worth the money? I mine all day and its kind of fun but I cant wait to use Cruisers... But from what I see is everyone hates mining and now since patch pirating is all messed up.. So I ask CCP/Eve to fix this game and get a patch that will make everyone happy..Im happy.. But not everyone else is...

No Im gonna get my Thorax.. Mine for it a little bit then upgrade it with Weapons... Then try to hunt pirates with bountys.. Which will be fun... then I will get a battleship and go all out military..Titans i dont think i will get...but ya

Synd1c4ate here is one of the doomsayers, personally I belive there is plenty to do, you have to get beyond the fact the game allows PvP thats all. It may be a large feature of the game but it is not the be all and end all, if all you want is a PvP game take synd1c4tes advice and go off to planetside(although personally I never tak the advice of those who use numbers in their names, it implies a l33t kiddie attitdue). This game has the potential for massive depth and scope but there are some who refuse to move past the fact that there is PvP, its seemingly all many think about.
Personalyy I belive eve is going through its own little genisis, shedding those players who will not, in the long term, benefit the games community at large. Over the next few months we will see the final areas of content added and all those irritating bugs that ALL MMOGs suffer will be cleared up(well, we can but hope eh?), then, with a mature and fun loving playerbase, this game will come into its own.

I have played many games both MMO and non-MMO. There is no such thing as a perfect game. Just about every game I nkow with multiplayer has a killer flaw, often even more. I would say EVE is not perfect, but remains quite above average. Still the best spaced based MMO out there IMO. I have decided to stick it for better or worst since I'm tired of moving from one game to another. My last game was Freelancer. Very good game but exhausted itself pretty quick and got boring in one month. EVE on the other hand, got much longer legs.

Best game i bought in ages..slow for the first few days, but as you meet people and go off travelling etc it comes into its own
