Hi guys, I apologies if this is the wrong place to post this thread. I am looking for someone who is trustworthy to hold security on some small lotteries I am going to hold. This person will enter as a 3rd party and hold all funds until the lottery is over.
Please can someone point me in the right direction.

Ill explain the lottery maybe you guys may know if Chribba would be better or another person.
I do know after having spoken with Chribba he usually does not deal with ISK only lotteries.
So here is the plan:
The lottery would be ISK only and mainly focused on newer players who are at the early stages of EVE. The first 5 lotteries would have 5000 tickets priced at 100k each but every lottery after that would be weekly with no ticket limits so running from Monday 9pm to Sunday 9pm GMT with the winner announced on Sunday 10pm.
The lotteries would have a fee of 13% from which I would be paying for the 3rd party services (based on Somer I think its 50mil per lotto)
Example Run:
Tickets: 5000
Price per Ticket: 100,000 ISK
Total Winnings: 435,000,000 ISK (less the 13% Fee)
I deposit 435,000,000 into 3rd Party before lottery starts to hold as the winnings.
I use chribba's dice to roll 6 numbers from 1-49 before the start of the lottery and have the roll remaining locked.
Players choose 6 numbers from 1 to 49 example (1.,4,34,42,23,5) and send my corp the cash with the reason lotto1 followed by there numbers)
Once all 5000 tickets are sold the dice roll is unlocked for players to see.
Prizes are awarded for the following
Match all 6 numbers = 75% of Winnings
Match 5 Numbers = 18% of Winnings
Match 4 Numbers = 7% of Winnings
If more than 1 person wins each category the prize is divided evenly between them. If no one wins the main jackpot the fund is carried over to the following week.
This method means more than one person has a chance of winning something.
Each person's numbers are noted and written up and saved in an excel sheet from which they are posted on the thread once done.
The 3rd Party would send out the winnings accordingly.
As I would have paid the 3rd party with the total winning funds pre lotto the money is safe to go to the corp.

Chribba's Dice is used to roll the numbers
I wish there was a ticket tracker available it would make my life easier.

I've used The Mittani as a 3rd party multiple times. The service was great & I was informed ahead of time when the deals could be made. Payment was always promptly delivered upon completion.

5000 tickets are for sale, but it is up to the player to disclose when 5000 tickets have been purchased/reached. As long as the amount hauled by the player exceeds the amount put in escrow with Chribba, the scam pays off.
Additionally, how would Chribba then know who and how much to disburse to individuals who were scammed when it falls over? Thus he has no interest in ISK lotteries.. and hence the success of dedicated lottery sites like Somer and Evealopalous.

Not everyone in this world is dishonest. Also neither I or chribba say that he would hold security for me. If you actually took the time to read my previous post you would have seen I did state that a ticket tracker would make my life easier. I have also sent a mail to somer and also will be sharing my full app with any 3rd party. This lottery would only be a scam if players were sending me the isk and that's it. However I think you need to put some time in your reading skill as it is currently at level 1 or 2 at best.
Read up fool, I said I will have sent the 3rd party escrow the total winning amount before the lotto even starts, so how exactly would that be a scam?

Well if you insist. These (regular) lottery startups are most often a scam. As has been pointed out to you already, you are solely in charge of knowing when to stop selling people tickets.
You give chribba 5 Billion then sell 10 Billion worth of tickets using duplicates to who ever the hell you like. Once u got ur 10 Bil you are nowhere to be seen ever again and your trusted holder is left in the ****.. This is a commonly attempted ploy and i see no reason to assume you are any different.
If you really can do it in a secure way please explain how, other wise just stop cus this is old.

Tbh I totally agree with the last two posts, I know what you are trying to say as it has happened a lot in eve. If there is a method that can be used to make this more secure I would defiantly invest in it.
I have been trying to find someone who can work on a new lotto ticket tracker as somer's one stopped working. That would help a lot. I am also willingly able to provide my full api upon request. I have nothing to hide and I am a father so I believe and hope I am mature enough to approach this honestly.

That has also been used in the past to scam. anyhow, if you're set on doing this I'll hold the money for you. That way if this does turn out to be a scam, you haven't destroyed someones reputation & we both make some isk out of it. The 3rd party is the person that holds the isk. That is what I am offering for 5%. You would keep 8%.

Sorry about the late reply.
For ticket tracking, I haven't got a clue, but assuming that people don't buy 1 ticket at a time it should be fairly low-effort to spreadsheet to start off with. It's what I would do until it really kicked off & became a solid thing.
