We are one of the oldest 0.0 PvP alliances in New Eden, currently situated and operating out of the Syndicate region. Most of our members come with an extensive PvP background and have been around since the early 2000s, although there are young and promising others who keep up with the rest just fine.
What do we do ?
Mainly PvP-oriented, we are active in certain other areas as well. 0.0 space is abundant with opportunities to make ISK, but make no mistake GÇô these are used for supporting combat operations, not for a sole purpose of getting rich. With that being said, if youGÇÖre looking for a safe haven with peaceful ratting and a blue local 20+ jumps out, youGÇÖre probably better off with someone else.
What do we not do ?
We donGÇÖt substitute skill with numbers. Small/medium gang warfare is the mainstream of our operations, we go out in combat teams of 2-5 on a daily basis. Weekly ops are of a larger scale with gangs comprised of up to 20 ships.
What do we offer ?
First and foremost, a target-rich environment. We donGÇÖt have many mutual blue standings and, as a matter of fact, we prefer it this way. Being a non-sov 0.0, the Syndicate region provides excellent opportunity for any PvP-oriented pilot who doesnGÇÖt want to turn a game into a job. We also pride ourselves in having mostly mature members (note: real life age and maturity are rarely the same), hence there are very few to none interpersonal conflicts within the alliance. Being a tight family, no matter what the number of active members is, is one of our top priorities. So as a general rule, people with bad attitude usually do not stick around for too long. Among other perks there are alliance killboard/forums and a dedicated TS3 server.
Who do we look for ?
TZ-wise, any AU/US corps/pilots are welcomed. The total majority of our members are EU TZ and it significantly dampens our ability to establish a 24/7 presence in the region. For individual inquiries, please contact Charakterowitch.
Skills-wise, you should be no less than 10mil sp, preferably PvP-oriented GÇô although anyone with a reasonable training plan will find his place with us.
Attitude-wise, you should be responsible and mature, competitive and teamplay oriented, disciplined, willing to teach/learn and ready for self-sacrifice if needed.
Communications-wise, you should have a working headset with a microphone and TS3 installed.
