Fountain Alliance Advisory
Please be advised that Fountain Alliance considers the region of space near the D4KU-5/Hophib junction to be subject to hostilities by several organizations.
Fury Corporation [FUCO] has operated in the Aridia and Fountain regions, near the Hophib/D4KU-5 junction for more than a month and within the last 36 hours established a presence in 3ZTV-V Planet 3 Moon 6. This POS has been forcibly dismantled as of today at 1230 hours, Eve Standard Time.

All corporations are advised that entering the Fountain or Delve regions without escort is considered an act of agression that may be met with deadly force.
All pilots are advised that an escalation of hostilities is expected, and as such, Fountain defense forces have been advised to treat any unidentified pilot as presumed hostile.
Fountain Alliance will continue to honor its safe travel agreements with Imperium Alliance, Firmus Ixion and certain other friendly corporations.
If there are questions regarding this advisory, please contact a Fountain Alliance diplomat.

Considering he was so proudly bragging about killing 3 gun batteries (which we had deliberately set up outside the POS-shield) at our POS in YZ-LQL a while ago, you are more than correct.

Please be advised that Fury Corporation [FUCO] does not recognize so called "fountain alliance advisory" nor their leadership, nor their presence within the Fountain region.
All corporations Anti-FA be advised that all funding towards POS endevours, are funded from the FA directly and indirectly.
I personally reply to this thread as a means of entertainment and not, i repeat not acknowledging FA leadership.
If there are questions regarding this advisory, please contact a Fury Corporation member.

no he was not. He was bragging and showing that FA managed to down a POS and are defending their space. In an attempt to fool people like you he disguised it a bit.
Or do you think he posted it here because FA members read these forums more often than their own?
or that Hophib/D4KU-5 is a place regularly visited by the eve public outside of FA and their closest friends and enemies?
or that the people in the area are so clueless they had no idea there have been fighting there for one month (all according to original post)?

The other day I thought it would be nice to go to yz-lql and had to go through 2 10+ people gate camps most of the people there were in ranger corp. Mind you I didnĘt have instats just auto polite, luckily my shuttle somehow survived after it was shoot at a few times and then someone decide to chase me that wasnĘt very nice!

Maybe you should post all the losses FA have had to FURY corp members recently, where was the Fountain defense forces when we have been in your so called space and in core ?

Personally I think it's kind of humorous that the person posting this is member of a corporation that has not once in the last 3-4 weeks sent a single ship to combat us near Hophib/D4KU-5, but i guess it takes "experts" in the destruction of ai controlled equipment to take a POS down.
On a different matter, any neutrals wishing to purchase passports into the Fountain region should do this by sending me an eve-mail to get information on passport prices and terms. These passports will allow you to travel unharmed through the constellations policed by Fury Corporation.

Adam C's post was a very reasonable response and one I'm willing to consider the "official" response from FUCO.
To which we must respond:
Any corporation found to be purchasing passports, or accepting safe passage from FUCO, or other corporations hostile to Fountain Alliance, within the territories claimed by Fountain Alliance, shall be deemed hostile to the Alliance.
We expect FUCO and its allies to reciprocate by placing those friendly to us on their KOS list.
In response to Plagues, who has let personal feeling override reason:
I haven't done the research on the exact number of ships that have been destroyed, and I'm certain that your killboards better reflect our casualties than our own. It is human nature to shy away from admitting mistakes.
What would be the point of us coming here to only admit our losses? How would this make us more respectable in your eyes?
Lastly, I came here to provide evidence that the Alliance will act to repel all who attempt to take up residence within the territory we claim (to be completely honest and fair, some days with more fervor than others), and warn away anyone who does not already know to avoid Fountain and especially the D4K5-U/Hophib corridor.

to be honest im just lazy. to fight this enemy i dont need to move me ships, get new bms or anything... kill/loss ratio is greatly in FURY favor since we have no demands nor limits.

I can respect that. Most my stuff is still near that area and it would be all too easy. Such a pain moving ships and mods all over eve. However, it would be just too weird shooting people down that you've flown with for so long. Loyalty thing I guess.

You seem to forget ARTW have had a pos up in so called Fountain space in yvbe for months now, how come your Defence fleet have not taken that down yet ?
that pos is earning us isk by the day
and yes folks its so easy to run too so if your looking for a place to put a pos do it in FA space.
if u need assistance doing so im sure we can assist in some way.

cus of this post i am opening up my pos which is in fa space to anyone that wants to use it (mail me so i can check u are not fa alts). my large pos has been up for over a month With fa alts trying to kill my haulers cus they too scared to use they main.
Also i will be posting a full list of fa moons in the next few weeks.
Anyone wanting to build a pos around the d4 region only needs to be able to call on about 12 bs and u be able to clear the arida region of any fa as fa will run from even or close to even fights.
Mail me if u need any help seting up a pos in fa space and i will try to help u.
