I heard someone say something about instas, that are hidden locations, but i wanna know:
1) what EXACTLY are instas 2) how do you find them 3) and why do people go thorugh so much trouble to get them

Insta's are simple....
Example: you mark a bookamrk 12km "past" a jumpgate from "your warp vector".....then next time you warp into that jumpgate you come out of warp right on top of the gate and then INSTANTLY jump instead of fly up to it...
Works the same for containers and stations for docking

particulary useful, if not essential, when travelling in 0.0 to avoid getting killed.

I heard someone telling about hidden mining fields, do they exist and aren't they just locations from missions with ore in them... He/she also said he'd sell them for 80 million isk... could this be true or not?..

Doubt it. Paying ISK for instas is always a gamble anyway, because you can never be sure what exactly you're getting.

Yes "hidden belts" exist. They are really a glitch in programming somewhere that spawns 1-4 really big roids like 1000km from an existing belt. Though i have discovered a few that were full belts. Buying them isnt recommended. And selling them is very hard.

You have to warp to the bookmark though, not the gate.
Which PA character are you?
That's no flying saucer, that's my ass! |
