... My hatred for this latest patch. I don't care about any nerfings. I was mining with two accounts, bought and paid for. Now all my precious bookmarks are gone. As angry as that made me, I decided to go ahead and recreate them on both accounts...only to find I CAN'T. I have spent my entire day off, clearing cache, editing this, deleting that, clicking and dragging this bookmark into that cargo container...blah blah blah. I then learned I couldn't keep both accounts online with one computer like I had been for 5 weeks. I finally get my characters in a precarious position to mine and I go to eject a canister from my second miner... and I get this STUPID TIMER.
KEEP PATCHING THIS GAME AND maybe it will appeal to Earth and Beyond subcribers.

I got a second account about a week after my first and was thrilled with the results. I could mine with my osprey and pick up immediately with my badger. I dedicated my first character to the mining skills, my second to strickly fighting (with some mining/indy skill). Up untill the patch, I would mine with dual moa's side by side in a .6 system mining with 8 cu vapor miners. Ejecting ore into one container (each) until i was ready to start ferrying the ore with my badger, all the while keeping one moa mining/ejecting ore. I don't have to rely on anyone when I mine, I don't split loot with the indy driver..its all my loot. I am always there for myself. Having the bookmarks helped alot. I would make identical bookmarks using the same canisters for each account. this allowed quick trips to and from the belt to the station.

I'm gonna be coy and say maybe.
As for your problem, are there any error messages associated with it? do both accounts run perfectly when running alone?
Does only one account keep closing down? Is that the last one you opened?
Give us some more details and we'll try to help.

Best way to solve this problem is to run 2 seperate eve folders and 2 shortcuts. Each account then uses its own seperate files related to eve and there own cache

I just alt tab and i lose one...then both. NO errors. I attempted today to reinstall the game, making copies of the ccp folder (labeling one "ccp1") and then having two icons pointing to each copy. I was able to run each copy individually but could not get them to run at the same time...losing both when I attempted to start them. then uninstalled everything, did a registry clean up. reinstalled one copy, and can get online with both like I was before, but with much less dependablity.
I can play one at a time fine (well ...MINUS BOOKMARKS)

I'm running in windows mode now with great results...still cant use bookmarks and learned about the timed canisters as well...BLECH...
WORST PATCH EVER!

I am still playing 2 accounts form one machine, and I have no problem doing it. 1 folder (I even did not split them).

I dont know what your talking about... I have an Earth and Beyond subscription, and I love EVE. Yes, that includes the new patch.
You can't compare the two, they are both completely different games. The only similarity is that they are both set in space :P
