Damage Industries, effective 4-22 at 0:00 Eve time, has voted with a very large majority to end our services with the Fountain Alliance.
I am charged with the duty of the diplomacy for DMGI these days, and with that I must stress that we leave Fountain, not with a heavy heart, but with a smile and a great respect for our time in the region and those friends that we have made. Our corp is ready for a new chapter in our history, the prospects of which have looked ever so intriguing since our time spent in Period Basis. While DMGI is primarily a PvP corporation, we are not without our industry support as well.
DMGI is ready for a new adventure, one filled with a unique opportunity for our corporation to grow from the disjointed PvP w/industry corporation that we are, and into a corporation that can really take ownership of something, work together for a greater goal that we all can take pride in, and have some fun Damage Style.
While we understand that this might not be a popular move to our friends in Fountain, we do hope that people wish us well and continue the friendships that many of us have. While DMGI might no longer be an official part of the Fountain Alliance, many of us have deep loyalty to that region, the people, and the moniker. It is simply time for Damage to take a risk, shake up the snow globe of complacency and see what sort of fun can be had.

Muhahahhaa :p Well not quite "on the loose" yet  I'm friggen stuck at work...duty sucks arse net access but no eve for me at work :/
And I suppose I could have the name changed as I've never seen the guy/girl whos got "Avenger" claimed log in(And I've had him in my contact list for over a year :p) but I'll most likely just keep it, always referred to her as Avenger anyways :) Ignore the siggy, can't be arsed to change it yet

yes, good luck to you all. When I was in Period Basis the corp that I saw the most was dmgi.

Your a fool Mr Alt, hes not on about them ceasing to be friends, hes refering to the fact that FA just lost one of their better PvP corps.
DMGI was practically the only real corp we saw in Delve. Props to em for their willingness to fight.
Good luck with whatever your planning on doing DMGI, and dont stop that 200km gatecamping snipertemp tactics Strad, very friggin annoying for the enemy

About time, all FA did was hold you guys back. Get out to the real world and cause some trouble.
DMGI has allot of good players. I have known Robbie since my first few seconds in EVE and he is solid. With leadership like his and the other core guys am sure you guys will do great regardless of the extra baggage you picked up recently.

GL guys. Like Aman said, enjoy the world of EVE your own way. You will love it like we did when we broke away from FA with MACE. ItĘs a whole new game now for you guys and itĘs very exciting. Enjoy. 
I find it little surprising that the only people here telling you guys GL are mostly your enemies. I would hope that FA would be gracious enough to thank you for years of loyal service and wish you GL in the future, but maybe itĘs just not in their nature. Too bad.

You should know better than that, Metal Dude ..
You probably remember that FA uses their own forums to say goodbye and wish people luck etc. So there's not much need to do so on E-O forum. Afterall, E-O forum is only a place for (nonsensical) amusement and (hidden) flamefests.
To DMGI, on behalf of the Fountain Alliance:
Mutual feelings from the side of FA as you did a damn good job in Fountain, and outside it as well. However we applaud your bold move as there is a lot to be gained from this for both parties involved. We hope it works out and wish DMGI the best of luck with their plans and activities in Period Basis.
