This is one of the most sensible torp fixes i have heard so far actually, and so damn obvious why did'nt anyone else think of it

What's so wrong in Nos being a counter to frigates? Yes.. missiles are hitting frigates too much sure. But if Ceptors become invulnerable to Nos as well, what will there be left to counter them?
Web? Doesn't work, most ceptors stay outside web range.
Drones? Don't hit properly without web.
Small guns? 1-2 of them are not enough, fitting more than 1-2 totally gimps the BS for anything except antifrig combat.
Smartbombs? Too little range.
Missiles? Too slow to hit the faster ceptors and will probably be nerfed soon anyway. Only really effective in combination with either web or nos.

Ok... Assuming equal numbers... we are now in a situation of 1 BS + 1 frig against 2 frigs. The one frig on my side will get killed in seconds leaving the now defenseless BS to get ganked by the frigs since there is no effective way to fit a BS with a defense against frigs anymore. Unless of course, you tank the BS madly, which is pointless.
