I have your location. Your obviously not a very bright man. You were lucky to get by us by tricking us. But you didn't go too far now did you? I know your laying low in Osmomonne. I want to extend a time of amnesty and allow you to surrend. You have already gotten yourself in deep trouble. I do not know who your agent is, but I would look for a new one. He obviously did not think to watch my movements, as I have since left the system escorted by two members of MordekaiĘs own men. If you donĘt believe me, then get one of your Agents to look me up, that is if he can find me. But that is not why I have opened this communica.
After my return to Lucius (Lord Mordekai), I knew that his opinion of me would not be so degraded. He was quite astonished that I managed to out fox fifty or so ships, I am sure there was more of you. He has forgiven myąstupidity in the matter and has entrusted me with replying to your public communication, under one condition. That I make plain to all those that dare challenge him, that he shall continue about his business and that my though unfortunate public appearance and subsequent un-noticable removal, is proof of his power.
With regards to your heart warming offer I thank you for it, but Mordekai and his elite gang of men, myself now included, will be more than happy to give you a somewhat similar greeting, depending on how you see blaring guns and a cell, but still, its his way.

Well... nothing so strange after all, the GalNet being full with self-proclaimed pirates, scammers and corp thieves bragging about their exploits...
Criminals nowadays just don't know how to live among shadows anymore, they really like to shine bright...
