This has probably already been pointed out but here goes anyways:
I dont think Jove genders excists in the sence we think of it, a race that can geneticly alter themselves as much as they can changing sex would probably be as difficult as having a haircut is for us.
Thus a Jovian that one day has male sexual organs could very possibly have female ones a few days later.
In reality however I think they have moved past sexes and are all ither hemaphrodites or neuters reproducing if at all by creating the child in a lab.
As for gaming purpouses, is there a female jovian picture bank for character creation, I havent got the foggiest and in all honesty how would we be able to tell the difference.

Actually Jovians are "asexual" and hermaphroditic. They can reproduce by themselves rather like Snails.
So when you tell a Jove to "Go F * * * yourself" its not an insult.. it's an invitation.

There are male and female Jovians. They depend on sexual reproduction to keep the genome from stagnating by introducing the chaos element.
Also, the second bloodline, ironically, is Statics.
Where Modifiers are always tweaking thier DNA and recloning themselves, Statics believe that they are as good as they'll get and avoid playing with their DNA.
Modifiers are considerably more vulnerable to the Jovian Disease as a result.
