I have to add immediately, that after this movie was made, I saw Loxyrider's video and meh I feel bad now. I did not know about the battle manager before.

Very impressive work guys! Nice flow in the editing and a good mix of clips and the pace of the scenes.
I must congratulate you for making possible one of the best soundtracks ever. Very good job on that soundtrack mix I must say. It was the music mix and sfx that really made this video something special imo.

Nice choice of music well combined with the combat action..very well done movie..I liked it v much ( althou the battle manager is a little bit stolen)...v nicely done guys...

Honestly, It wasnt. Like I said I saw Loxy's movie after the stuff was done. That's why I said I feel kinda bad now, since I didnt have time to figure out sthg "new" anymore.

I hardly intend to copyright what is effectivly just a way to cover the chat boxes. I think i was just the first to take it one step further and put some real extras into it, i intend to do more with it and also look forward to seeing what others can come up with .

That is what its like, NOT Think of a playground which is full of 100 6 year old kids and they are all fighting over who gets to play on the 1 swing. That is our TS
Having said that we are much better now :)

The audio of EddZ in the video was recorded at a later date. And to me it does sound a bit weird, just because he ain't shouting or swearing at us. You should have kept in the "move your asses" part. :P
Sadly my offer of voice acting was turned down. Now that would have been theater baby!!
The bit where GaRpY's BlasterThron takes out that Armageddon in 3.5 volleys is class. It's a shame Niggy couldn't lock him to see the damage he was doing.
Great work Cyleth, BR and friends, I know you put a lot of work into it. Good footage, excellent audio. Pld guys.
I promise I'll start using FRAPS again. We missed sooo much material.

Can only say How proud I am of the guys for this work.
Totally blew me away. Never felt as proud in the virtual world as I did watching that vid, the blood sweat n tears that has gone into making and producing that vid is well known in KIA, and as for the effort involved from all my guys in making the footage, and doing our job, is very evident if you quickly check our Xfire profiles.
Cyleth and BR gave up actual play time to do this, gratz guys, you have my respect big style.
As for the voice acting, we just didn't want you to know who you should make primary if you face our fleet ;)

GREAT movie .. one of the best beginnings I have EVER seen , great!!
However It looses a bit of its atmosphere when you stop showing the battle interface in the 2nd part of fleetbattle and the last parts seems just put togeher without the red thread you started in the beginning.
Anyway a really COOL and classy movie! liked it a lot , one of the top 10 movies released so far in my opinion!

I kept forgetting to activate fraps during the contract, thankfully I remembered sometimes and a few of my friggie vids made it in. LL gave me some tips on camerawork, so there's a bit of his influence in this vid too.
This is the second version of this video. While the content isn't much different than the first, the soundtrack is sooooo much better.

Thank you for your kind words. This was our first bigger project and the first video we actually released community wide. So go easy :)
I've always thought that soundtracks effect wise have been undermined and left behind as the visual quality of the EVE movies has skyrocketed up. We naturally saw that on that field we couldn't ever "compete" with the quality Leafo, Seleene, LL, Loxy and other gurus have spoiled the community with. Bringing something new on that field is next to impossible. Especially for us.
However, on the field of SFX we saw that there could still be something "new" to be done. Syncing sound with video by mixing in audio accents, explosions, swooshes and eventually editing the orchestral pieces and songs themselves so that they'd suit the visual flow better. However the quality still has much, much room for improvement and this was only our first go at this.
Again, thank you for the positive feedback. We'll try to release another chapter as soon as our beloved corpmates get their FRAPSes rolling.

Eeek ! 2 Nice 4 words ! I reckognised the g'o' Nightwish in there, blink to Seleene's producuctions. You just made the task of video makers harder to counter this imo !
