Sumptuarius is Latin for extravagance and luxury. As such he was created with the idea that no expense or effort would be spared to make him the best scanner possible in Eve.
He is a perfect scanner, retriever and Covert Operations pilot.

He also has a full set of +2 Virtues, plus (and CCP would of course police this, so it's true) a Low-Grade Virtue Omega, Prospector Astrometric Acquisition AQ-710 and Prospector Astrometric Rangefinding AR-810.
What does that mean? It means in an Anathema with two Small Gravity Capacitor Upgrade 1s and a Sister Core Probe Launcher with RSS Scanner Probes, his Base Sensor Strength is 198.4 with a Deviation of 0.0625 AU. I think that is as good as it gets.
So it means you warp in, SHIFT - ALT - SCAN. SHIFT - ALT - SCAN. SHIFT - ALT - SCAN and done. No secrets. It also means he has literally $2.5 billion worth of implants in him at bottom dollar Jita prices. I'm not Jita or bottom dollar, so this is taken into price consideration.

what he said, 500 isk per sp is a good rate to get for a char you are selling, you want over 1070 isk per sp you will not get it. good luck |
