i was wondering what the best ship would be to tackle with on a gate in low sec with logi pilots keeping you alive .. the simple answer i guess would be an interceptor .. but should the logi fail for a sec its gonna pop right away .. so is there an alternative with overkill Scanress ? Stacked with sebos and signal amps and scan riggs ect ofc but yet keeping just abit of buffer

Or one of the bonused to tackle T3s (ie Loki or Proteus with tackle electronic sub), you can get near max effective scan res on them with plenty of EHP.

Doesnt exist. Ive seen people cloak past 8k+ scan res ships.
Once your lock time is <1sec you are at maximum effctiveness.
And i'd recommend an assault frigate, like a vengeance, since they have good resists for effectivly being repped and still having good EHP. |

I can manage to get 3k+ scan res even with a Hurricane when remote sebod by an alt and catch even some cloakys. Generally, I would use hictor for the longer and unlimited point, would work well since they generally have pretty heavy resistance tanks too. |

You can get 3K scan res on a Hulk, and it has enough buffer to survive the gate guns. Plus you can fit drones.

Actually, one of our guys has been using a Skiff on gates. It has pretty high scan res for some reason (Gotta instalock those rocks?), and a pretty stupid tank. We take it on roams occasionally and make sure he has an offline strip miner in the high slot so he can go sit in belts and look afk. |
