Bawk and salutations peoples of EVE! There has been some question as to the happenings and purpose of many parties in the north since FOE began to fall apart. Im posting as the representative of several corps. The following corps are forming an unnofficial and as-yet unnamed coalition in the north: CELTIC Industries, Euphoria Released, MAZA solutions, MAZA NOSTRA, Black Lance, 7th Space Cavalry. We are also currently in negotiations with a couple other corporations, which for now will not be named for confidentialities sake; if they decide to join with CELTS and help found this unnofficial northern alliance, they will be listed. No corp currently with us is a member of Force of Evil alliance, and any corp which joins with us in the future will also not be a member.

Standings have been reset, and each corp which has joined with us has taken a vow not to pirate and kill neutrals unless they are members of an npc corporation. Neutrals and + standing people will not be fired on in the north. Our aims are to stabilize the region and make it safe for all involved.We are laying claim to Vale of the Silent. We lay no claim to geminate, or tribute regions, and wish for peace with our neibors so that a strong north may someday arise. We plan to put the stations which are found in Vale of the Silent to good use, and a much different use than FOE. Rather than benefiting a single corporation, the stations will be for the benefit of all.

We plan to allow any neutral or above standing person to dock in the stations; the space will be open for mining to all. Isk made from the stations will be put toward a PVP fund which will benefit those corporations who are part of the coalition and help pay to defend the space to make it safe for mining. Currently the only corporations KOS to this coalition are F-E, as well as any who fight by their side or pirate in this region. Whilst PA, G, and Iron are neutral in this affair, we hope that we might some day soon assist them in making this area stable and secure.
