I've been looking for 5 days for one, I've got 3 agents running to get to 8k and believe me that's not fun when they're courier ones and the drop from l3 to l4 makes me appreciate l4 so much more but I digress.
Am I right in thinking that all agents, from all corps could give them from Level 1 to Level 3?
I know from latest patch that manufacturing/construction have inherently more chance of giving you one but I've talked to people who have gotten offers from Home Guard Intelligence agents.
Am I right in thinking level 4 agents DO NOT give out Nexus chips?
Looking on the local markets in Caldari space there were a few towards the 2-3rd week in April but it's dried up since, anyone want to shed any light as to why? Have the people who did get them moved on?
Is the offer limit from 8-15k?
I think that's my sum knowledge there.

Only 5 days......
I'm now on my 2nd offer, I've tried spamming level 4 agents, have 7 level 4's at around the 8-15k lp range and nothing, just a load of implant and gun offers. I've tried different corps, different divisions and nothing.
I'm now trying a level 3 kaakliotta agent as I'm sure someone once said thats where they got their chip from.
Any further information would be very welcome.

i'm waiting for 3 weeks now for my offers.
i only get implant offers 
got 2xlvl3 agents at 8k-15k
and my lvl4 for my bs offer and nothing so far

I've only collected 2 chips, but both have been from the same manufacturing agent, and it took relativly little time to acuire them. They were both from a level 2 agent, so I cannot comment on the availability of nexus chips on level 4 agents.

Everyone should do missions for those places and get tons of nexus chips out there and flood the market, so us kill mission peeps can get our billion isk ships
