Just wondering if any of the old timers from cs are playing eve ? As a lot are starting to drop out from the cs scene 
Where you around from Beta 1 onwards ??? Post here and let us know who you where with

God damn it... Not only did they pwn the CS scene they pwnd my post too !!!

Used to play CS years back but was never in a clan - used to be fun in the old days.
Be interesting to hear if there's any old quake team fortress players playing eve though.

I started back in Beta 6.1, when the AWP had a crosshair when unzoomed, perfect accuracy when jumping and a shot anywhere was an instant kill and people were complaining on how overpowered the M4 was, with its integrated silencer and scope.
I was in the Old School Gamers clan, just having fun with some guys, until we started doing ladders and our leader went crazy, recruiting new people that we never saw before to play for us.

I used to play in clan YKMD (You kicked my dog) on UK2, that was a long time ago though ... Gave up after Wallhacking became trivial to do :(

I played CS until ThereÖ came out and I just paintballed because that is indeedly swell. Plus now that eve is out I just chill here... OOO AND GUILDWARS!!! OGM OGM

I still play CS now, been playing since 1.3 I think, not in a clan atm, just play for fun when im drunk

Yes. That may be correct.
CS was just a poorly made mod. I fail to see why people liked that game when you had the Rainbow Six games which was uber.
Call me crazy but it just didnt seam right to play a game made from a flightsim engine.

I've been playing CS for about 3-4 years now, and I still play CS:S from time to time. I usually played on TheKingpin Custom Map's Server on CS and my roommates and I play on Montreal Kripp 4 Life on CS:S.

Have been playing from early 1.3, been playing on the so-called "Homelan" servers, later on switched to "Gameconcept", and after that I did some shooting at "Hotel California" and "Dust 32 Madness"(+admin). Mostly been a pub player, was member of the "unCle" clan

played CS since 1.0 gave up when 1.6 came out tho. far too many cheats.
was the best Firearms player in UK for 2weeks running tho

I did a lot of pubbin about ~5 years ago with my brothers (who played, and have since left eve).
There are too many cheats in 'off-the-shelf-one-time-fee' First Person Shooters. Not enough Devs to keep ontop of the haxor kiddies.
I like Planetside, no gore or anything though, which sucks, but all the haxors usually get spam reported and banned
EDIT: LOL!! haxor comes up ok, but H 4 X 0 R gets blocked lol

I started to play C-S beta 1 around late 98 early 99 i think it was played all the way till DoD was released then never looked at C-S again dues to all the hackers and lamers, but back on the old Jolt 56k servers i used to dominate wiht the MP5 on the origional 747, prodigy and docks.
Started a clan once called [BSF] British Special Forces, used to play clan matches on that clan war website thingy, forgot whats its called now.
My Tag was -=$LY=- and i still used it today sometimes, dont play much FPS's online anymore, some CSS now and again, but as you grow older your tastes change slightly for games.

Yeah it does, we get flamed with irrational jibberish in CS:S as well as EVE
And yeah a bunch of us play CS:S with the Celes ticker infront of our names
IMO the most important rule of CS:S: never own a clan on thier own server, they are usually kids who will start crying and ban you sharpish
