My corp is looking for a corp who is willing to let our corp share a WH with. We are willing to pay for a percentage of the POS fuel if needed. We are an industrial corp, which has an advantage if your a PVP corp. Instead of having to scan down exits everytime you want ammo etc. We will have ammo and ships either very cheap or free of charge. We have an active member base and only really need a manufacturing bay and thats about it. We can then provide your corp with the necessary items and modules ect.
Please send me an EVE mail in game so we can formalize details.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :) |

All puns and trolling that will come after this post aside.
1. Why doesn't your alliance find a WH and move in? 2. If your alliance is fully industrial - why doesn't your corp leave that alliance and join a WH alliance? 3. Generally speaking - Industrials in WH space don't fare too well as they become KB liabilities 4. Most of us are so "spacerich" we just buy what we need and it's easier.
Cheers,
Sith May you be one with Bob |

If you set up a large pos well in a good WH you wont need to pvp. Nobody will care to attack you, probably... |

in case it did not get through: no one will let you 'share' their wormhole. if someone agrees to your proposal, they will probably backstab you and steal or destroy your stuff before you have your first POS up and running. your best bet is to find a decent empty hole, set up a cheap-ish presence and milk it as long as possible before you get evicted.

Just to underline why this is the truth. (And break the fantasy of -hey, wouldn't it be cool with a deep space industrial corp?!-)
What makes a WH interesting is it's "limited" resources. If you are going to share that wealth with anyone it is people who contribute to either farming or defending that wealth (and In at least NoHo's case both).
As an industrial corp your typical abilities is of no aid at all in a WH. I'll try and list why:
1) Mining is not wanted. It's a liability reducing the mass of your WH and giving your opponents nice kills. 2) Gas mining requires little training and is often done on alts. 3) Producing ships (maybe apart from the odd capital and t3 refining) is a liability toWH mass. You only bring in WH what is needed for combat, rest is reserved for fuel. 4) The greatest resource in WH space is sleepers. They are farmed with guns.
Your best bet if you want to hole up is to learn combat skills. Your industrial alts will then probably find use one way or the other.

Its rare what you ask, OP, but I've seen it happening..., once. But if you want to go ahead, just one tip. If your operation gets too big, someone will come to kick you for the loot or the ransom. Your choice. Stupid idea. Set two poses on different whs and divide your operation. |

If you are an industry Corp, get into C1/C2 WH and just build large POSes there. You can find plenty of gravi/ladar sites, often great PI and easy sleeper sites. Also biggest ships that can enter C1/C2 are Cruisers and BCs so ppl usualy dont bother to bash POSes with those. All in all you should be pretty safe in there. |

Solid info there... *sigh* C1 = she is correct. BC is the largest, as stated. 20 mill mass per ship. C2 = she is wrong. BS, orca, etc. 300 mill mass limit per ship. |

Yes and no....it depends on what you set up in that c1 or c2. For instance, we found a tech refinery some guy set up in a c1, about a dozen faction large towers producing tech 23/7 (raking in roughly 15 bil a month by our estimates). They were dickstar'd about as much as you would imagine. That didnt do him a lot of good when we built 2 moros's in that c1.
If you want to do industry in w-space, without any sort of ability to defend your investments, limit yourself to what you can afford to lose. |
