We have recently heard rumors of an impending attack on us, and have recieved direct threats from a new PvP corp known as SmegHeads inc.
We have done nothing to warrant these new hostilities, We are requesting help from anyone who is willing to fight for the side of the light.
We must band together to battle these aggressors. Not for Gigacorps freedom, but for the freedom of the all of Eve.
We are looking for mutual defense pacts, We will come to your need, you can come to our need.
We also have PE5 for your building needs.

We have defended our selves, we just finished a war againts a 77 man corp with sucess. We are not foolish, and will readily admit we can not handle an experienced pvp corp.

War was just officaly declared on my corporation.
We as the eve community can not let griefers rule empire.
Major, you've got just as many enemies as i do, even in your own corp, your own members have given us intel about your ships, loadouts, and mining habits.

Umm im not 100% sure here, since i've only declared 2 wars. But doesnt it take a day for the vote to pass? Therefor you put the vote up min of 24 hours ago?
Correct me if im wrong.
As for bad attitude? Im not the one harrasing the same player for 3 months.

I wouldnt go as far to say he got all of eve angery at you, i mean common trev gets around but not that much, if u catch my drift. i still love u m8

Yes you have provoked this fight, you are the worst (By many peoples accounts) Smacktalker in EVE.
You fight using the letters on your keyboard to type up smacktalk meant to anger others... We fight using our ships to destroy people we don't like (In many cases we are using Function keys to turn on our weapons, so I guess we "type to fight" too)

This corp has not smack talked in over 2 months. Its corp policy. Check with huzzah, no smack talk was done while there, we even left the alliance, because a certain corp smack talked to much.
We have not smacked talked GENT or Phal, they have proceeded to smack talk us at everyturn.
There are many people i've faught they can most likely back up the statement of no smack talk. I engaged H zub and co a few times, No smack talk was said, even when i lost.

Xodius you've done nothing but prove my point. Mars were griefers, and smack talkers. They then merged with GENT, and continued it under a new name, only to declare war on us, then retract it.
As for smack talking post? That post is full of Bull****, I mean they even think bahamutz is my alt. You and major both know for a FACT Bahamutz is not my alt, considered Major used to be his Squads senator 
You guys have done nothing but smack talk us, and whine to other corps to help you, when you infact started the war.

Simple fact ladies and gentlemen. Guns will not show up when our big hitters are on. He has repeatedly attacked corp newbs who fly frigates. One of our guys was just learning in this game how to mine in his Ibis and Bantam and Guns killed him and his pod twice in a row. He has killed him aobut 4 times. Same for other new members who came over from Allegiance (where Guns was banned for life BTW.) I am sick of this war with Giga, sick of all this stupid crap. Guns declared war on us not because of MajorBJ but for the simple fact that we are a corp formed of Allegiance players and he is still angry over the fact that he was banned for life.
You want the story on Guns? Here is the history of Allegiance of which he is mentioned several times.

here is a few cutouts. To get the full effect of what they did to the community though you have to read. Guns, Black, and Virus all got Lifetime bans from this crap.
The Second Great Threat: Cheaters
In the mean time, Your-Persona (YP), the founder of the My Allegiance group, a small organization consisting mainly of student programmers, released his first patch. It allowed for players to use new quickchats. There was one huge downside: anyone without that patch would be instantly disconnected from the game when one of these new quickchats was used. When crashing, players were sent to the Crash Guard screen, a screen displayed in your browser when Allegiance crashes and where you are supposed to write what happened so that Microsoft can look into it and fix the possible bug. This is where the expression Crash Guard, or CG, is from. To CG someone is to crash his game. YP quickly removed this patch and made a second one that wouldn't crash others, but the damage was done. Players like Black created patches like YP's first one, and used it to disconnect other players, sometimes whole games. A friend of his, Virus, started doing the same thing. Game owners were now required to ban Black and Virus when they could, but it was difficult. Black had 3 subscriptions to the AZ, and CG'ing a whole game only takes seconds. The only way people could play was to quickly form a small game, and lock it up. After a long time of harrassing Microsoft to ban them, the two were finally banned for a month. Since these two were not the only ones crashing people (but the only ones crashing whole games), many players left. On the FZ, a player named Guns22 suddenly started CG'ing as well. Since getting an account was free, people had trouble identifying who was who, who had CG'ed who, and everyone was scared of everyone. This led to a second wave of departures from the Allegiance Community.
And as usual, to spice things up, cheating was back, but under another form. Instead of having Black & friends crash people, they were flying around with modified ships, for example mounting anti-base missiles on a scout, flying their bombers at 250 mps, etc., all this by modifying the game core (the set of properties for each object in the game). Although the community was able to ban those names and IPs who did this, the cheaters were able to mask their IPs, simply create another account, and get back to cheating.
So there ya go. That is why Guns decides to war against us. The light side indeed.
