Good luck finding better. EVE DB may list it, but noone will see them for a very, very long time, my guess.

A bump for a set of excellent hardeners, if they stayed around 100mil, i might have sold some assets to buy them, but 300mil+ jesus

I dont understand the low response for the explosive hardner, considering you can get your shield explosive hardend to about 81% with just the one.

The reason for this is that the only faction that does explosive damage(The Angel cartel), does also plenty of other damage types. There are only so many slots on a ship, so players tend to harden their weak spots the most. Given that explosive shield resistance is 60% to start with, it usualy is not hardened and the free slots are used for shield booster/amplifiers.
