My Bretheren and friends of freedom,
We have now an unprecidented opportunity in which to make a great leap forward in our struggle to end the evil of slavery. Slavery affects us all as we all fall under its shadow of threat. It does not discriminate between Gallente or Matari, male of female, child or adult. It is legalised by Concord, it is practiced by the Amarrian regime. An activity bounded and twisted by the darkness of the galaxy.
Against this threat the Ushra'Khan and allies have stood alone. Against this threat have we by the blood of our people strived to keep our families safe and to bring our people home. We have done this of our own free will because we do not forget our duty and the sacrifices our ancestors made to bring us our freedom.
Yet now we face a turning point in the rebellion. Weeks ago, rumours reached us of a cure for vitoc, the very chemical and poison we had worked for so long to develop a vaccine and eventually an immunity for. Our spies searched long and hard but found nothing until this news reached us. Since that time we have been searching long and hard for Ullia Hnolku in a vein hope to confirm our hopes.
Now with todays news, our greatest hopes have been realised. The importance of this discovery if true will be the beginning of a new era in the fight against slavery. Especially if it can be rendered as an aerosol and produced in large enough quantities. The possibilities are endless.
Ullia, you and your wife are offered all the protections the Ushra'Khan can offer and I have asked the council for all resources at our disposal to ensure your safety and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
To the Tribal Council and Minmatar Republic
It is my hope that even you realise what this discovery means to our people and to our fight. The Ushra'Khan ask the Republic for their aid in offering asylum and protection to Ullia and his family and grant the Ushra'Khan the ability to pursue and nullify any threats to his safety.
To The Amarr Regime

This new drug has been developed by Caldari scientists. Not so long ago, a different set of Caldari scientists developed what was hailed as an alternative to Vitoc.
Has it occured to you that this whole incident could be a ploy by the Caldari State to increase demand for their mind control implants?
I urge all free-thinking citizens with an interest in peace and stability to pass any information that they have regarding Ullia Hnolku to the proper, that is to say, the Imperial, authorities.

Firstly before everyone gets too worked up over this:
Special Counsel Tar Maurisi, head of the Bureau's investigation, has swiftly moved to deny the claims, stating that they are "sensationalistic propaganda spread by opportunistic parties interested in seeing Amarr-Caldari relations soured." While Maurisi mentioned no names, the consensus within diplomatic circles is that the Special Counsel's words were directed towards the Gallente business machine, whose interests would be greatly served by a rift between the Amarr and Caldari nations. No response has been forthcoming from the Federation at this time.

The Imperial Chancellor's Office refused to give comment "until more concrete information is brought to light."
CVA pilots have already located the renegade scientist - although he is not in our hands at the present time - We would be most interested in what he has to say...
This smelles like a foul Gallente plot... but like the Imperial Chancellor we will withold judgement until more concrete information is brought to light.

The Caldari are all about supply and demand. I would say both catagories qualify.

I guess it would be pointless to mention at this point that Ullia's identification documents are stamped by the Caldari State, not the Amarr Empire, right? But then again, I would not blow my nose in his direction if there were Caldari authorities near by either.

It is indeed time Khal to follow the path to freedom for what does my life or any one of our lives mean compared to the billions of people we could save...
even so to save a billion is too much to comprehend too much to blow the mind so i fight for my wife and my baby girl somewhere on Amarr Prime itself, if it means my death so that thye may be cured and assisted to freedom then i can think of no greater cause...
So i toast to the Ushra'Khan and wish my friends a fond farewell each time i leave the dock as my destiny like yours is set on this course...

Careful now, this man is wanted by several Caldari corporations, most notably Ishukone Watch and Zainou Biotech. If the Ushra 'Khan is found to be in possession of this man, they might hand him over immediatly to the proper authorities lest they drag the Republic into hot water.
I would hope anyone loyal to the State would intercept and take this individual, by force if neccesary to the nearest Ishukone Watch or Zainou Biotech depot.
