http://www.ign.com/videos/2012/12/03/eve-online-retribution-consequences-trailer there the new trailer.
Just 15 sec into the new trailer ccp droped the ball showing the new ore frig with 4 mining lasers mining when in fact you can only fit 2. So ah ccp dont know how to count?
2nd problem with the trailer is in the end were you see new des well within the bombs blast field should have poped them.
Over all i like the trailer but showing the new ore frigs useing 4 laser and they only fit 4 is a all out lie sry going to call you on that.
Those nice touch with the drones coming out of the drones hangers on the gal's new destoryer.
anyone see any other mistake in the trailer?

I'll give them the benefit of doubt and say when they were rendering the film at the time the miner frig was planned to have 4 lasers before getting its roll bonus.
Same reason why the new missile destroyers have 8 hard point graphics, yet now only 7 high slots.
Yet that Drake model revamp preview with 8 missile turrets can never be excused. |

Kinda corny, takes itself a bit too seriously, but a HUGE step up from the Inferno... video. Something that works for both a non-EVE player (they can understand what's going on without a bunch of meaningless features being listed and it looks cool) and an EVE player (they see the new features without them being rammed down their throat via text roller coaster). A big step back in the right direction.

While we are at it, lets yet again thank the people whose over reaction made that possible... because it's so much better having to visualize things like this in our heads, rather than being able to watch the character driven parts of it transpire on our computer screens like they get to do in other video games.

^^ True fact... I knew a guy who knew a guy who invited a guy to eve, when the new player was in game he received a message from his friend asking what NPC corp he started in. The new player replied that is was called "Goonwaffe". Those 2 friends never spoke to each other ever again.
I didn't mind the trailer... Okay I lie I didn't like it much, previous trailers where far more intensive and made you want to get into eve, this one doesn't...

In the film industry we use a script supervisor, but honestly despite the very small amounts of breaks in continuity; I found the trailer pretty nice. Some of you guys needs to relax and just enjoy it.

I've played for 7 years now and I didn't notice any of that. I jut saw SUCK IT VIC, you'll never stop having a bounty untill you lose everything.

Felt a little tacky/corny to me, the kind of trailer you get for horrible games trying to make themselves look more bad ass than they are.
I think Empyrean Age, Quantum Rise & Dominion have been my favourite ones so far.
