As per the patch notes:
Quote: The new mining frigate blueprint may be obtained in Outer Ring through the ORE faction stations The new mining frigate may also be acquired by running the Industrial Career Path

The ships themselves will be available in Jita pretty soon I'd bet. If you're patient, both the frigate and its BPO will tumble in price after a few days. Quality Assurance RECRUITING OPEN https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=176314&find=unread |

Combination of new ship speculation, and everyone within 20 jumps camping the ORE stations where you buy the blueprint.
Also, in before some fool posts about how easy it is to get past the camps. |

Find a noob system, run the 2 first missions of the industry career agent, get the skill and a Venture. It was mentionned in the dev blog if you cared about reading it. "haiku are easy, But sometimes they don't make sense, Refrigerator." |

Yes but for those of us who've already done the tutorial missions over a year ago... doubt that's still an option. EvE Forum Bingo |

Well. Unless you did all 12 career agents at the time. Yes.
You do know that EVE has 12 Career agent sets and you can run all to them independently. So move over to any set you didn't do and Voila, happy running that 2 Indy missions again. Old look Corporation recruitment thread Corporation Website |

IIRC you can re-do the career agents after a period of time. I don't remember exactly the number of weeks/months but it was certainly less than 1 year |

Yup, Data Center agents, the COSMOS agents, the special CONCORD agents, and career agents only offer their missions once ever.
I emphasize the word "offer" because even talking to them once will trigger said offer and once the offer expires it counts as a rejection of the mission and it will never be offered again.
All the epic arcs have a 3 months reset timer, and based on how the rest of the EVE timers work that means 90 days. No speed ups cause of February and no slow downs cause of 31 day months. The Drake is a Lie |
