Sforza has kept me updated and briefed the council.
I will keep this short and sweet for now. You are a disrespectal dog and on all occasions failled to follow proper protocol. Offered only veiled promises in return for intelligence on the CVA which cost us the lives of many operatives in its gathering.

We didn't need your intelligence, regardless of how many died obtaining it, it was simply a test of your dedication, your willingness to go the extra step, apparently, that's to far for someone like yourself.

and you would attempt to test our dedication? our dedication to our cause is plain to see our pilots spend all their time working to free our brothers, but we need real proof that our actions are worth something.
and there is nothing veiled in the term Kill on Sight, to coin a phrase, it does exactly what it says on the tin.

He also seems to like drinking and gambeling, although the third activity that would go with those two, is, sadly, now outside his reach...

After consulting with my fellow council members, I have been authorised to make the following statement.
"The Ushra'Khan is always willing to treat with new allies and like mided groups to fight the Amarrian oppressors who have wronged our people so times in our history. However, we can not and will not be intimidated, insulted or belittled into handing over our information sources or strategies.
In the interests of fighting Amarrian oppression we are prepared to meet again with Kelun Torren to discuss this issue, but only on the condition that we are afforded proper respect and recognised by him for what we are. We fight the Amarr every day, seldom an hour goes by without a skirmish or battle. We have no need to prove our commitment nor loyalty, and it is this lack of respect that has offended so many of our members.
To date Kelun Torren has made nothing but demands of us and will not offer any hint as to his identity motives or purpose. Threats against our members are not tolerated, and we shall not be intimidated. We do not bow to the Amarr, we shall not bow to you.
We have already given part of what you asked for Kelun, as a token of good faith. Do not throw it back in our faces. We are prepared to talk, but not be dictated to. Sforza has acted as our spokesman in this affair, and continues to do so with the blessing of the council. We of the council guide the Ushra'Khan, but we are no dictators like the Amarr. We suggest that you treat our representative with respect, he is a proven warrior of our cause.
We are extending the olive branch in the interests of what you call our mutual cause, it is up to you to accept in good faith."

While my brother Hakera is one of our most valiant warriors, he sometimes lets his emotions get the better of him. The official council response was posted by Ugleb.
However, Kelun would have to ask himself whether he would hand over all his isk to a stranger in the street just because he said trust me. His diplomactic skills need working on. As Ugleb said, Sforza is in command of this particular action, under the advisement of the council.
Now, slavers, post whatever you are now, go back to your day jobs.
