Hello, i have just joined EVE. I got through the tutorials and have started to fly my ship, but the font on the screen is so small that i have to wear reading magnifier glasses to read it. This is causing really bad eye strain and unless i can make the font bigger i wont be able to keep playing. Does anyone know how to increase the screen font size??

You can press escape, go to graphics and put the resolution higher, this will make everything bigger..
Also, in chat channels, there at the top of te screen two icons with letters like: ''Aa'' if you press the big one letters in chat channels will be bigger

Concur on this one. I have the type size in the chat window at large, and the screen res at the highest MY LCD will allow, but reading briefings and such, I have to pull the LCD to the tip of my nose to read it.

i checked it myself and i made a mistake..
for BIGGER letters, get a LOWER resolution

Humm,noob, first hour here...
Really the only way to have bigger font is to sacrifice screen resolution?!? Very dissapointing.
I have a nice 1900x1200 LCD and graphics are great but reading everything a pain.
To have a 'readable' text, I have to go down to 1200x 700ish but the graphics loose sharpness. 
No way to have sharp graphics AND readeable text?

If you press Escape in game for the options screen, go to the generic tab and change the context menu font size to 12pt instead of 10pt ...
That might help.
