A 2nd lvl agent I have has sent me an msg 2 times (for different missions) telling me my mission on offer is expired when I have agreed to do it (activated it), and the deadline is way off..
When I've checked agent details afterwards, it still says I have no failures. I was unable to see wether standing decreased, since the standing can change without the "fine", "satisfactory" etc. description changing..
Anyone else had this happen? |

I had the agent mail me my time has run out (she was semi-right about it, i got stuck at the station thanks to game bug and it'd take 2 hours before my character was free to move again) I got a 0.01 faction drop from it, but then i carried on with the mission and strangely enough upon finishing delivery it was counted as successful one. o.O

yes I had the same with a lvl 1 agent. Accepted mssion, left station right away and got mail "Mission failed".
But I was too lazy to write a bug report.
Could you do that Karnai ? ;)

I've been getting this email too from a level 1 agent I ran about 20 missions for. I did not accept the mission in question, not am I being docked for a failed mission. But I do get the email saying I failed it.

I got the same, I got a mission but did not accept it, then I get an eve-mail saying I failed, but the agent information still shows zero failed missions.

I had a mission yesterday that got a little frustrating. I was supposed to kill a pirate and bring back some data shhets to proove that I had done the task.
When I got there, there were actually 2 pirates waiting, and after killing them both, I only found 2 loot containers. Neither of them had data sheets in them. I took the loot back to my agent, but it wouldn't let me say that I had completed the task without the data sheets. A corp mate suggested that I buy a set and then try to end the mission. I thought that it was worth a try. The closest place selling data sheets was 6 hops away, so I bought them even though I knew that I was cutting it close on the mission timer.
On my way back from picking up the data sheets, I recieved a message from my agent informing me of how disappointed he was with me for failing the mission. I hit the station, gave him the sheets, and it still says 0 failed missions.

Excellent I have bee trying to complete a similat mission for days. I have killed those 2 drones at least 20 times.
Trouble is that I cant get anymore missions from that agent until I finish the mission. I will have to find somewhere that sells data sheets then.

i have this with my current lvl3 agent , on my last 3 missions i have recieved the failed mission mail, but completed in time and no failures are showing. also my agent said i would get a reward of an item, but i did not seem to recieve it.

Still happening, as of this patch. Mission was not accepted (closed window) and later I get an eve-mail saying I failed, yet Agent info says no failed missions.

I had this message too.
got several mails of mission failing.
But if i looked at the agent infos the failing counter didnt increased!
also the agents standings didnt decreased!
so it is just a annoying bug where agents send us spam mails :)

well i got 2 failures by not ever hitting i accepted the mission(i stopped just where they explain it), and i "did" get doced for the failure. maybe its just the agent im at, but it seems to think your aggreeing to do the mission just by asking about it.

I got a failed mission message also after 5 mins of starting it...
At the time I thought it may have had something to do with the fact that I had had the same mission earlier in the day and that somehow the agent was mixing up the completion times of the two missions.
In this case I actually got a 'failed' mission recorded as it wouldn't let me complete the mission and the agent simply moved onto the next

Same thing happend to me today. Upon failure notice my standing with my agent's corp standings dropped .05
(FYI: You can check out where your standings are in your agent's corp by clicking on "Character Sheet" and then clicking on "Standings" tab and on "Corporation" tab.) |

I also got an email telling me that I have failed a mission I never accepted. I didn't even talk to him about a mission, just got as far as you have to to see it in your journal.
I now have two mission registered as failed with that agent and all my standigs are lowered to 2.00 
I had many standings over 9 so I am not so happy right now.

Yup exactly the same happened to me failed a mission I didn't take and all faction standings were reset to 2 if they were higher

Just to add to the whining post. I also failed a mission due to datasheets not dropping from seek and destroy missions.
To add, i'd say that missions are pretty sucky, its almost unbearable to do repeated missions, or ones where you have to fly over 1 jump. But since I would like to know what a lvl 2 agent is then I'll stick with it.
Please fix your stupid bugs though.
