Neurodyne Labs is officially declaring war on Four Horsemen as of The eight of May 00:01.
As of now The Four Horsemen has 24hours to comply to Neurodyne Lab's conditions of surrender or offer an equally beneficial offer or suffer an all out agression from Neurodyne Lab and its allies in arms.

Four Horsemen suprised and appalled (and a little scared) by the brute strength of the Neurodyne Labs, went into an emergency meeting to discuss matters. The outcome of the meeting was one of greif and hope... as we found a viable solution.
I, Neslo, speak on behalf of LIH to surrender and offer up a viable sacifice. We chose to sacrifice RedWyvern to Neurodyne Labs.

Neurodyne Labs(Hereby referred to as "We") Accept the terms of surrender that Four Horsemen(Hereby referred to as LIH)'s offered and would like to state that we respect LIH's wisdom in this matter and also add that we hereby cease all agressions on LIH and set a +5 Standing to be in effect in all 0.4 Security rated systems and below.

True... but we are good at trading... and Red is a commodity I have in my investment porfolio... :-) it's a fine line i know... but one I walk daily as a gallente.

I understand that although the Gallente Federation is a democracy, it is rarely practiced as such. Listen carefully my people, for I will tell you why you should care for my salvation!
How could a small understaffed corporation like Neurodyne Labs possibly defeat the Great Four Horsemen?! The answer lies within Stratego's covert research we stumbled across two weeks ago.
during a routine patrol on our borders, a scout patrol, myself included, chanced upon Stratego's devastating new weapon...his ARSE. Or,
'Asynchronised Reality Splitting Emitter'
This is a devastating weapon capable of tearing the fabric of existence apart with its expulsions. It is the sole reason our scout patrol was destroyed in seconds. Neslo, in his haste to preserve the harem aboard his Pimpathron, hastily offered me as a Sacrifice.
Unbenknownst to him, this is *exactly* what the evil genius of Stratego had planned! for you see, the A.R.S.E.
requires the most powerful anti - force in all of EVE to power its generators... the force known as n00biness.
Like yin and yang, the energies of l33tness and n00biness exist in contension in the EVE universe, holding it in an uneasy balance. The latter force is created by the constant influx of new pilots into our world, the former by their accumulation of experience.
I am different - instead of accumulating l33t - ness over time, the reverse is the case with me! (the other day I got pwned by a really really tough looking Veldspar roid)
With my capture, and an infinite supply of noobiness with which to power his A.R.S.E. , Stratego will be unstoppable unless I am saved! As we speak, he evilly plans to create a spatial rift which will create a new TomB...with TWO NERF BATS!!!
