You can both fly somewhere where there is just the two of you, like a safespot. Though I don't imagine it will stay this way for long, since it's one of the few remaining ways to legitimately kill people in high-sec. Now that other means have been taken away or nerfed into oblivion, it's likely to become the next go-to strategy, and will probably follow in the footsteps of ganking, wars, and can-flipping.
