My Agent has a rumour service & will give me information on anything happening in a system. Every 3 hours and 27 minutes it should give me a rumour. The question that I click on the agent is "I need some action. Do you know of any other sites for me to check out?" So far it never responded to me with an answer. Why not?

Rumour service, used to give you locations of NPC hangouts, they tended to have a couple of 1k npcs there, and it wasn't an all that interesting service. It hasn't worked in a while IIRC but not sure on how long exactly. It doesn't and never has given out information on a system or anything like that. Just NPC spawn locations close by.
