This is the newbie lottery. The first lottery to have a maximum number of tickets you can buy. Here are the rules.
RULES
-The minimum number of tickets to buy is 25,000 and maximum is 3,000,000. The reason there's a minimum is because it will save me a lot of time not having to sort through 1-ticket buyers.
-The winner will take 90% of the total pot (from ticket buyers), and I will take 10% for my corp.
-Drawings will take place next monday (May 16). No specific time.
-The winner's number will be generated with: http://www.random.org/nform.html
HOW TO ENTER
-Send the ISK for the tickets to this character (Gakbug). 1 ISK is 1 ticket. Remember, 25k minimum and 3m maximum tickets per person.

LOL guys do show info on the last people who won. They are all alts whove been playing for like 5 days and not in previous corps. This guy isnt running a lotto hes running a scam and taking our money.

It's not a scam. I bought 6 million tickets for 2 of my characters for the last drawing and 22.86M ISK was deposited into my alt's account today, so I assume I won the lottery. Pretty good investment actually

Well Zee..
For One this is a newbie lottery. I would hope a newer player wins this. This isn't a lottery designed for older players. If they want to get involved, by all means let them; but this is primarily for newer players.
If it really is a scam; he's really good b/c he's fooled me for 7 weeks now and for quite a bit of isk.
But....until I have proof that this is in fact a scam, I will still continue to donate to the pot.

yes, your right. i'm an alt who's only been playing 5 days. i havent been playing for 18 months at all.
i really hope that pathetic posts like ZeeSniper's (who it appears IS an alt) dont put people off what is a good effort at a lottery.

You should try advertising in the Rookie Help channel. That might attract more people to buy tickets. Newbies might not be visiting the forums much, so they might not hear about this lottery.
