So i left Eve almost two years ago shortly after the release, mostly because the game required too much work and there was little to do except mining and trading.
And now i started a new account, i can see that the game has improved a lot, what i like is that there is now lots of quality agent missions for new players. Some killing missions were surprisingly hard for me and i lost my ship twice.
Im looking for fun PVP experience from EVE, but is that possible without investing lots of time to the game? Can casual gamer like me get money for decent ship and gear that is required for successful bounty hunting/pirating from courier/combat missions? Or do i have to start mining and trading everytime i lose a ship?
Oh and is Visa Electron accepted payment option today?

Actually you can make a lot of money from missions. Just dont lose expensive ships too often when you pvp and you should be fine.

It will take time to get skills up obviously, but within a few months you can be a decent PVPer in the smaller ships. Mining is ok for starting out, but starting at lvl III, agent Missions are good money.
Can you have all the pvp skills with out investing time? no. Can you at least be decent with minimal time invested? If you plan carefully and know what you are doing.
Casual Player has no real bearing in this, getting isk for a ship really isnt hard, and skill training will take the same time regardless. You never HAVE to mine or trade, just dont spend 100% of your money on your ship.

with the lvl4 missions now ingame it's quite easy to get some money for pvp.
you'll need some skills offcourse first.
I don't know how long lvl4 will be available for solo though.
I read on a dev chat they wanted to make it impossible to do it solo.
But I think eve now a days offers other good option to make money and pvp.

that is if you ever did missions...else, mine for isk, or find a complex you can 'mine'
