Lying, cheating, scamming, conning, mocking, insulting, attacking, etc are all par for the course.

wow you got small ban from something you sayd in local? Whoa, has ccp changed their rules regarding. I have personally seen player being harashed severly in local and suprise suprise ccp did nothing to it.
So if this is new policy: zero tolerance of abuse or harashment of players, then lets hear it devs?
but then again eve is marketed as game where anything goes... Massive backstabs, scams, revenges that destroy years of work in massive nullsec alliances...
I would welcome such policy change, expecially if you make sure your logs would actually show something for a change...

In my experience people generally only get 30 minute mutes for first offenses even when they're posting shockingly stuff in Local.
