reserve is the amount after which you will sell the character.
eg.
start - 1m
reserve - hidden (secretly 10m)
buyout - 15m (amount someone can buy for straight away)
its not always a good idea to tell people the reserve as then you might get less than you would normally. it can work in your favour too however, so you have to decide

I think the gold standard is 100m per million sp's. And implants don't really add to the value of the character. Thats also the high price I've seen under 8m characters go for as little as 400m. So 1bn is certainly overpriced. If I were you I'd start the auction at 400m with 50m raise and see where it goes from there, just state that you reserve the right not to sell if the price does not satisify you.
