Yesterday my covert ops ship lost it's cloak not once, but twice after coming out of warp. The first time and the second time the same two people where in the same grid. The first time my ship warped to the gate to 15km my ship lost cloak; the closest object/player was 13km. In the next system, I warped 30 km to the gate, I then lost cloak again. The closest object/player was 17km away.
It was not a client side graphics bug, as the other players reacted.
Any ideas why this could have occured?

I've also had this happen, and it's actually lost me a covert ops ship once, and nearly done so a couple more times. I think it's probably something that I didn't notice uncloaking me most of the time, such as a corpse, container, sentry gun, npc, that hasn't been selected on my overview settings, but I'm not really 100% sure. Not been able to duplicate it at all reliably so I'm reluctact to call it a bug just yet.

Was the gate you warped to near a planet? If yes, warping through planets while cloaked uncloaks you once you come out of warp.
Really annoying bug.

I don't recall, however I've taken that warp both ways several times, and it has not occured untill that day.

Afaik warping "through" anything actually decloaks you, doesn't it?

Afaik warping "through" anything actually decloaks you, doesn't it?
Funny seeing as you can warp a fleet of 100 bs through a planet without
A) taking a chunk of that planet with you or
B) All those Battleships blowing up
I dont see why it going through a planet or not should cloak or uncloak it.
