As Luso reported, he was called by a corpmember because Anjerrai was stollen loot from him at a complex. The victim was coming to the system to scan his cargo when Pirat begunns to shot at him and destroyed his ship. So, the Members of the known Law Inforcing Alliance of the UK¦s are now acused to be Pirats and Thiefs. It seems that diplomatic conversations about compesation of destroied items have had no results.

If you target someone in low-security space (like to oh, i dont know, scan their cargo) you will be shot by basically everyone.
And you deserve it. While locking isnt aggression in the eyes of CONCORD, it is an overtly hostile act.

Just one thing, you haven't stated if the "victim" locked the U'K member using passive targeters or just locked him.
Note that most people who are pvp based are locked by someone, and not near a station or a gate, thats normally the sign of i'm going to attack you, so you give the universal greeting of low sec space (F1 - Fx.) It sounds like your corp mate, locked onto the U'K member and well they responded in the way they know how.
Hell if a manticore locked me, i know i'm not going to sit there and think... "ooo, i bet he's going to scan my cargo hold.."

 I'll admit i've not heard the details firsthand from my associate but it appears you need to work on your "diplomacy".
A manticore pilot approaches a muninn in a complex to scan it's cargo, muninn pilot responds with a volley of artillery shells. Sounds sensible to me.
Stop pointing your expensive toys at dangerous people in insecure space and you will find you keep them longer...

If I was in a belt/complex/basically anywhere in low sec/0.0 and a ship comes in and moves towards me, then I'd assume he's hostile and prepare to fight.
If he locked me, that would just seal the deal and I'd certainly fire. But if he was within warp scrambling range, that would be enough justification for me.
I fought against U'K for a while and my impression of them was that they were a very honorable foe. I wouldn't look on them as pirates. They live in low sec, and low sec has different rules for survival than 0.5+.

To set this straight i was in the Muttokon system just going about doing this complex and pwning the rats, when i get to the second level and there a raven pilot there in the 33 cl's corp.. He gangs me and i say hi then he kicks me from the gang, so i just think fine and carry on doing what i was doing, killing the rats and looting. I then see him warp off after a bit. Then after a short period of time another raven pilot warped in with him and attacked me (the 33 cl's pilot didnt) so i retaliate and leg it to a planet as you do... Now as they both warped in at the same time i was thinking "Oh they must be in leage with each other" so i then went to the gate and saw Mr "Luso" sitting there... He then locks me in his manticore backing up my claims they were working together to get me so i fire at him and warp off while getting beaten up a bit by the sentry guns and ganking his ass :)
To be honest i acted on my instincts and at the time my instincts told me to pwn his ass... Another interesting fact is shown here..

After analizing the answers I can only say, the U¦Ks are with all his man-power here and defend his members, thats gentlemanlike, really good.
The point was not who shoots, but that the "honorable" U¦Ks Members of the Frigging Masters broke what the U¦Ks stand for. Who stells is tief, who attack is a Pirate.

I thought the "these people are pirates" posts were over for good since the term "piracy" is wider than Paris Hilton's crotch atm.
Since this is a video game then not all people think they have to keep good morals (i.e. don't shout random curse words for no reason or attack bypassers) and will just do whatever that's the most fun.
Five are pirates btw, Hast from Shinra stole 2 shuttles and 5000 tritanium from me and despite my repeated evemails he has not returned it to me. I hope he's very happy about it because I can't travel between mining zones anymore because of him.

Erm i would say that the agresor is actually the person who first locks, jesus if a manticore locked me it would be dying!
They have not broken anything that the U'K Stands for unless, and im sure im wrong here, that the U'K now stands for mugs and idiots who are going to let people target them - if you wanted to scan him for some reason why didnt you ask? and why on this earth were you doing it in a manticore?

On a side note it seems that 33 cl's have decided to claim the Angels Red Light District Complex in the Muttokon system and me killing the rats there and looting the rats that "I" killed myself was too much for them to take...
No matter what i say this guy seems to have a ridiculous claim that i did something else..
To clear this up, i ws doing a complex in the muttokon system, 2 ravens warp in (1 from the 33cl's corp), 1 locks me and shoots, i warp out to a planet, then go to a gate, see luso (from 33cl's), he locks me, i shoot then leg it to a planet...
Tbh i dont think anyone cares anyway.. And why you are posting with your alt luso i dont know...

I'd love to know why a manticore is running around cargo scanning 'random' pilots in low sec space anyway.
For the record, we in the Friggin' Masters don't quite qualify as saints, and yes in the past some of us did a little pirating before we took up with the Ushra'Khan to fight the good fight. But I won't accept being branded thieves.
We will not raid your cans while you mine under concord 'protection'. We will not steal your loot from the rats you kill. If we take anything you consider 'yours' it will be after we fight you to get it.
Anjerrai was taking loot from rats SHE killed in that complex. Your ships locked onto HER ship. You were not attacked OR stolen from. Don't throw around words like 'thief' without good cause.
And to clarify, since the Friggin' Masters joined the Ushra'Khan, we have focused our efforts on fighting the imperialist Amarr, we have found a cause and we seek to uphold it. The past is behind us. Only the slavers and their cronies need fear us.

UK is not a pirate organization. In fact, they are apprecitated by many of the corps in the areas they inhabit. Your friend did something really stupid and lost his ship. Now you guys lower yourselves to whinning and calling names. I am not a thief, nor do I know of any instance of a UK member stealing anything. At least be a little more original in your attemps at spin.
I have flown with Friggin Masters and find them to be quite agreeable actually, and they dont whine when they lose a ship. You may wish to be more careful who you call a thief or dishonorable inaccuratly. Some of us take this very seriously.
