I've given up agent missions for the time being and I just bought a crow and a bunch of mods...what can I say I'm a speed junky and had to have the fastest ship in the game. I've never tried PvP and I want to start...was hoping you guys could help me out. Like always, I was indecisive about how I wanted to set it up and ended up spending way too much money on stuff I won't use, but anyway...here is how I've got it set up now:
High - 3x200mm scout w/emp, 1 arbalest rocket launcher w/thorns
mid - 1mn MWD, langour webber
low - small armor repair II, 200mm nanofiber armor plate, 2xcap relays
Here are the mods that I bought but arent using in the current setup (please dont suggest that I replace anything with something not listed below, cuz I barely got enough to cover the buy orders I got on the market):
Tracking Enhancer I
Gyrostabilizer II
2xFixed Link cap rechargers
1mn AB II
4xnanofiber internal structure
lot of defender missiles
lot of titanium sabot ammo
warp scrambler I
Don't ask why I bought all this extra stuff cuz I don't have an answer 
Anyway, do you see any way I could improve my setup with the mods listed above? I don't plan on going out alone to PvP, but if I did what ships could I take on 1v1 and what ships should I run from? I think I want to try tackling tactics because it seems the crow would be good at that.
Any suggestions you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Are you really talking about the crow cause that sound more like a raptor fitting. oh and btw if its a crow you use missiles and if its a raptor use hybrids they have bonus on them :)

I think you'd best edit the title of this thread, it isn't a Crow you're talking about but a Claw, I'm guessing.
Personally I use something similar but I use 150mmII istead of the 200mm autos and use a 400mm plate instead (I saw the setup on the forums somewhere).

I dont fly crows but i would guess thats a basic setup
