currently there have been 2 buyout offers, and a buyout higher then the price I quoted, I have mailed all parties (waiting for replies) to see if they want to match the higher bid, I will wait till I recieve answers from both parties before declaring the winner.

I am unclear as to what to do, voodoo and lazy's buyout offers were almost at indentical times, and then a third party bid at a higher price? Should I keep the auction open or close it to these 3 parties and let them bid between each other?

there was a buyout price listed I offered buyout you cant bid on somehing that has a buyout and someone has offered the buyout price. you set the price I offered that price.

If the in-game buyout offer was before lazy's on the forums here, then that offer wins. If lazy's was first, then lazy's wins. The terms of the buyout are solid -- if u set a buyout price, and someone claims it, then that's solid. They win the auction, and pay you that price. You can't sell to someone else simply because they offered you more. That could be considered scamming, and CCP is very tight on character selling and scamming. You could be banned, even. My suggestion is you follow the rules: whosever's buyout offer was first wins auction at the amount stated, being 300m isk. No if's, and's, or but's.

Although I'm disappointed to have lost the auction, I think the owner of Cliche has done well in taking the right path and adhering to the rules of the forum.
