It's probably worth around 1-4 billion. Yet uncertain because of the upcoming missile changes. Entirely up to what people are willing to pay. I'd guess around 2b.

Depending on which stealthbomber bpo it is, you might want to talk to Khatred, but auction is the best way to go.
