Establishments were initially planned for this expansion, but there was no mention of them in the devblogs.
Has CCP's change of direction delayed them?
Really, I wouldn't mind either way. Strip clubs & bars, or extra FiS stuff? It's all good.
However, if (and this is a big if) CCP manage to deliver all of that FiS content AND establishments....well....  |

From what I've read, my speculation is that CCP will polish up CQ, but leave it at that. (and rightfully so).
Hilmar spoke in his letter about what Incarna WILL become once its implemented - basically admitting what we've been saying all along - Incarna in its current form is merely a tech demo, marketed as an expansion. I think he's telling us - "what you have now isn't Incarna. We'll get to that soon (tm) but we've got some other stuff to do first."
Winter Expansion will be all about spaceships if CCP's smart, and they'll save Establishments for Incarna 2.0 (now with actual gameplay!) which I guess will be next summer expansion.

well since yourll need a super computer to run a establishment with more than 2 people in it. they have shelved the idea until 2020 at the earlest. thank ****
CCP-áare full of words and no action. We watch what they do and its nothing but false statements and lies.

What Hans said, they are no doubt saving that for the summer expansion which is really a good thing.
They should release that feature as polished as it can be so they don't have spend alot of time after to fixing it up. |

Maybe when establishments finally come online we will have a use for all of those exotic dancers and janitors we've liberated over the years. Perhaps they will be the 'fuel' to keep your establishment running..... depending on the type of establishment, the 'fuel' requirements are different.... |

given they neve gave a word about establishement since months, it became obvious they weren't ready, and that so it wasn't for this expansion.
however they never said it (still the old com on that btw, always telling things when it's too late)
if the others CQs are marked as big part of winter, then establishement are not, as they would be way more important and would have been marked.
i suppose establishement will be released on the expansion after winter.
some word from CCP would be nice however. |
