Rockets have an extremely short range but do slightly higher damage than Standard Missiles, while Standard Missiles have quite a good range (30km-ish with skills, 15km base). Serpentis are weakest to Thermal damage, so you will want to use either 'Foxfire' class Rockets or 'Flameburst' class Light Missile. Hope I helped!
