I'd like my geddon back, or relatively equivalent payment.
Otherwise there will be a nice little thread on the forums about how FIX attacks neutrals with no warning whatsoever.

You were in sniping range, in a patrolled sector, with a - standing and a bounty.
All n00b copers are kos for 99% of alliances.
You freely admitted you thought this was bob/atuk space and for that you were mistaken, this leads me to believe we were right in our actions as both of the parties you felt safe with holding the region are KOS to us.
If you had been successful in you sniping i very much doubt you would be discussing reperations.
If you think a forum post will help your cause then please go ahead. however, I feel you will get flamed for it not only by FIX.
Ejecting from you ship during a fight is next to logging in lameness.

NPC corporations are KOS to FIX pilots wherever they may find them, those are STANDING ORDERS.

Why do you say 'critical 0.0 pipes', as far as i know. Querious is the only region claimed by FIX as far as i know. Before venturing into 0.0, you should contact the alliance which claims the territory for things like theese not to happen. To enter Alliance 0.0 territory while being in NPC-corp without even knowing the allianced policys or even contacted the alliance in question is not a too bright idea imo.
And we're not pirates, but we do have pretty strict rules regarding travel etc.

You should petition for 'sploit. They shouldnt be able to attack you in 0.0 space. There should have been a warning at least when you entered it saying that CONCORD will not protect you. Hrm.

I assumed that FIX was an anti-pirate alliance. I was wrong. Perhaps next time I fly through there I'll shoot the FIX in the area, instead of treating them as friends.
I was "in sniping position" but didn't shoot a single FIX, or anyone for that regard. Wouldn't that be a clue that I wasn't pirating?

I assumed they weren't pirates. As I said, I was wrong, I learned my lesson. Never trust dishonest alliance pirates
If FIX weren't pirates, they would reimburse me. But they are, so I guess I'm out of luck.

wait wait wait wait wait......................you EJECTED from your ship? really? they didnt tell you to or threaten you if you didnt eject, you just ejected hoping everything would be ok? wow, im sorry for your loss, but your choice to eject was just plain ridiculous. Even if someone threatens you and wants you to eject, you stay in that ship and let them destroy it, or you self destruct. And NPC corp members are KOS to just about every alliance/entity in this great big game of eve, I thought that was pretty much common knowledge by now?

Its an extremely popular chokepoint. Yet you FIX choose to camp it like pirates and hunt down those freelancers who choose to use it.

Is it not policy common to pretty much every alliance out there that if it's an NPC corp, and it's in 0.0, then it dies?

We don't camp it like pirates, we claim it. And contacting us via forum or the like is not that hard compared to risking a 70mil ship is it?

let me get this right... you fly into an alliances space (in a newbie corp without warning FIX in the first place), you then proceed to theaten them with a forum post unless they give you your ship back?
