Are we getting a working warping effect in the Winter expansion?
You know, one that actually makes it look like we are MOVING rather than the station suddenly coming to us.

I still see my warp cylinder most of the time, 80-90% guestimate. You're not doinitrite.
In the beginning, the Universe was created. This has angered numerous people for many different reasons and is widely considered as a 'bad move'. |

It's not about having a "new" warp effect, it is about having one that WORKS.
Currently the one we have , DOES NOT WORK (not always and not for long jumps).

You know what would be REALLY cool is if the warp tunnel was really narrow and non-straight turbulent and stormy and perhaps even opaque like the one in the opening of Doctor Who. If it's opaque, we won't need to realize we're going straight through planets. I don't care what the sci-fi behind warping through planets is- it still feels sloppy.

My experience in the previous Singularity build has shown me that this problem has been fixed. (I'm talking about the build that had the other three CQs. It isn't live anymore.) |

Wow, have you not seen the list of things to be worked on? Warp graphics, gimmie a break. More important things need to be done first. hybrid balancing, FW balancing, Sov Mechanics. Don't waste our time. |
