I used to live in Finchley, before that i lived in Highgate, also have lived in Muswell Hill. I get around, now im living in Spain, tell me, you Finchley and Highgate/Archway guys, where abouts? and anyone else in that area. I'd come back for a meet up  despite the fact that everytime i come back to London someone else has died after a pub fight or has been injured  im sure an Eve meetup wouldnt result in that now would it....
haha, course it would. Someone would park their gankageddon on Archway road and pod us on the way to the pub  |

I've been around here for about 8 years. I lived down near the archway road for a bit. Then I moved down to hornsey road. Then up to East Finchley. You can normally find me in the Old White Lion next door to East Finchley tube.
The area has really calmed down in the last few years. Most pubs have been refurbished and you don't get as many scraps as we used to. Wood green is still quite nasty at times though. Even the Elephants Head in Camden seem to be more relaxed now.
But now you have given me a horror thought about someone refitting that speed camera under suicide bridge with a set of tachs.

I used to be in the Old White Lion almost every other day a couple years back, dont tell me you dont know a Damian O Shea. Mr O' Shea was known by all in there. Depends if you are a new local or an old local really. Ah and Mick the Match, always beat me at pool.
I heard they did away with the pool tables in there? is this true? scandalous.
Before going back to Spain I went for a few drinks in Wood Green, it really wasnt a pleasant place, one of my friends came close to being glassed
lol @ tachs under suicide bridge, i think a sniper setup on top of the bridge would be more fun.
P.s if you do know a Damian O' Shea and you are angry at him (oweing everyone money) please dont hunt me down for i am not him lol.

It's gastro pub now. It's full people who live in finchley because it's close to highgate. Even Fergal has moved to pastures new. Better shut up now before we get told off! (Maddens 4tw)
So anyhow,
Would we have any mileage in a norf london small time meet? Something simple like a weeknight post work couple of beers?
