Honestly I'd say closer to 800mill maybe more, as you have Cruiser lvl 5 done and good engineering skills.. but because of the poor gunnery it may not get that much or much more. Torp and cruise would be handy also

I'll offer 500mil, can't see going much higher, like clone said got cruiser 5 but gunnery, missiles and battleship skills are lacking.
