For those that have worse than -5 sec ratings, what is the biggest ship you were in and made it through empire? And what was your sec rating at the time?
I have a friend that is -7 or so, and he has made it through .5s and .6s in an assault frig using instas... but I've never been this lucky.

I have been through 0.5 a few times in a bs using instas - but got unlucky once

before customs I would make the trips in my scrop with 4 wcs, right through the heart of empire. After customs my crusader was caught on the jump in

well a aint be as bad as -5.0 but was -4.7.... if i was real quick, i could make it thru 0.6 secs in ma scorp.... but was kinda hairy.
thru 1.0 even in a shuttle i got killed prob 70% of the time, but that was back in the time when u used JI at moons and things, and the police were waiting.
d solo.

I get the feeling that the closer to -10.0 sec rating you are, the quicker concord shows up.
At -9.8 I got insta-scrammed and insta-webbed in a rifter going through a .5 system. Never even got to warp. I can still make it in a shuttle though.

I got through Yulai in a Raptor when -9.0 a couple of days ago, I even went there to pick up a +4 implant for somebody... the setup was somewhat "exotic" and pricy, but I'm not sure if that actually made a difference.

What is the scramble strength of concord? Which ships scramble and for what strength?

I think they're infinite or some ridiculous number like 99999, but I'm not sure.

Through 1.0 loads as a -10, easily done in a raptor with more nano's than you can shake a stick at

It is possible to get bs's out of 0.7 after aggressing, i screwed up once and from quick thinking of friends helped me get out safely was a little worrying though :) im not sure what concord scramblers are? im sure the stats in the above reply are wrong it would be interesting to try and get a bs across yulai maybe if it was fitted well it could be done |

wouldn't evasion of concord in a 1.0 system by a player with sec -10 be an exploit?
Feel free to speak up if you have managed to evade Concord when your sec is too low to even be in empire. CCP may find it interesting that yet another flaw of the games mechanics is allowing players to violate the concord rules without risk.

Actually you're wrong, it's an exploit to commit a crime in 1.0 and get away intact. If you can make it through 1.0 space with a low sec rating it's fine so long as you don't use exploit methods to do so.

hell ikuchi is a killer i was between -2.0 and -2.4 they would always get my shuttle on the warp to the nonni gate
o ya but they wouldnt kill me
they would just sit there and warp scrmable me untill i decided to eject

I use a Raptor with 3 local hull nanofibers and a Gistii MWD, but I'm pretty sure I won't get banned for a delay in CONCORD engagement that CCP implemented themselves.

Long time ago.
Been -10.0, bought all my gear, ships (battleships) in Korama (0.8).
Never used alts.
Edit: By that time Concord used to set up lag traps at the jump ins.

I experienced almost tha same thing today because of aggro. They did not do anything but targetjam me. Was wierd

Can you actually always plan your route around 0.9 / 1.0 security systems ?
My sec. status is now -2.4 (so I can't enter 1.0 without dying) and I find it hard to manually find alternative routes somethimes.
That will get worse if I get at -2.5 as there are even more 0.9's .
How do you guys handle this? I wish there was an option: "Plan new route while avoiding 0.X and higher", so it plans an alternative route for me.

get yourself to outlaw status... then you dont have to worry about it

One time (me = -10) i made it without insta to an station in a shuttle (12,5km/+-25 secs)
This was in a 0,7

gotta jaguar from 1.0 np on instas but lost wolf. intys have only lost 1 in about 5 attempts all with -10.
shuttles and nube ships are a dead cert never been caught out once.
has anyone tryed covert ops? would be interesting if it was possible to cloak before getting locked. could wander around quite happily then ^^ just a bit worried to try it as it is an expensive loss.

An old corpmate of mine tried a covert ops one time but he wasn't allowed to cloak as he was insta-targetted.......luckily he never lost the ship though.
I made it through Ikuchi last night in a rifter (I'm -2.23 or something).....took off mwd, just incase and fitted 2 nanofibres in low. Got warning message but never saw any other ships spawn or anything.

When I was -10 I used to fly through all empire in fitted blasterthron, never used instas for it.
I aint done it since custom agents got placed at gates though.

when i used to be an outlaw i could go through empire in everything but caldari space without being blown up, that was before customs though

Kresh Vladir about they scrambling u and waiting for u to eject they did the same to me when i was in around -9 i was auto piloting was just gonna die on the way and take the risk on my pod but it seems that i was going all 9 jumps in safe space without insta jumps just getting concord to scramlbe me and webb then waiting like 1 mins then they let me go and that kept happen all my jumps nearly so it is luck if u get through safe space like that i think, havendt happened again to me.
