I told someone, awhile back.. that the mega looked like a ship from a movie.. i couldnt remember the name of the movie, until just now...
its "Wing Commander" starring Freedie Prinze, Jr.
the ship in question, was the battleship "Tiger Claw".. in wich, when ships were to dock, it would spread apart to reveal its docking bay, and at this moment, is when it looks like a mega.

Its was a carrier.

In this pic, it looks like a Typhoon to me.
Compare this to this and you'll immediately see the similarity.

Actually I always thought it looked like the Battlecruiser from Starcraft which is why it is still my fav BS :) Looks > all
