As per the character transfer rules:
I have a positive wallet balance.
Purchase ISK must be sent to this character.
I will pay character transfer fee.
I will need your account name to transfer the char to upon acceptance of the offer.
Starting the Auction at 17B ISK, 30B b/o
Auction will go for 1 week, or until a good buyer is found.
