No longer a flat 10 increase, don't know when it changed but is now 10 + skills. I get 12 or 13 increase on an inty.

"Frig" Only module. The General rule of thumb for this device is..
PowerGrid: 1 to 100 = Use Auxilary Unit
PowerGrid: 100 and Up = Use Reactor control.

No, it's still a flat 10 increase.
However when its added your engineering skill is added to it, making it higher.

so if you have engeneering lvl5 you get 12.5 pg from it... 12 if you have engeneering lvl4...
