I don't know if anyone has looked or payed attention but have you actually looked at the snowball explosions ?
Well they look Incredible.
I don't if the snowballs are something new graphics wise but they really do put the ship explosions to shame.
What is really nice if if you blow up a ship while throwing snowballs at it.
The combination of the 2 effects with less white and more color would be well.....
So CCP where the snowballs a new trick (for lack of a better term) or are they too CPU intensive to bring those types of particle effects into the game on a permanent basis ?

Seriously? Snowballs really okay so CCP is now Blizzard where are the flying crystal ponies and crap. I surprised nobody has said anything about this. The only good thing to do with these items is to sell them which I did and actually made some isk off them granted not a lot but some. If I wanted to throw snowballs at someone I would go sub up at WOW and play childish games. Before you know it we have Easter eggs hunts in space oh and trick or treat bucket for Halloween in which we visit every station for candy. EVE is turning into WOW slowly and quietly.

But considering this topic is about the actual graphics of the explosion you might want to look at it.
