Yes, PayByCash, you can check their website to see how it works.
Btw, letting you use his account means your frined is violating the EULA, so I suggest you stop it.

Hi, if you go to the "My Account" section of this site, there'll be a load of payment options there that don't involve a credit card. Failing that, you could always ask a friend to put in on their car and you pay them before the balance comes out.

First of all, just get a trial to use the forums.
Second of all, sharing accounts is technically against the EULA, but you're not really abusing it, so IMO its fine. -- The best description of alliances, ever:

All of that is all well and good for you to say, but in case you didn't realize it, you agreed to the terms of service and end user licence agreement when you signed up, and every time you play the game.

then they should change the rules.
if they cant do that allow me too work my skill off game from a website.
we do have lives, we do have jobs. when out of stat i cant log into the game.
if i dont make a complaint, or others have no complaints of my guy in the game they should have noting too say about it..

Since your skill trains whether you're logged in or o not I'm not sure what your point is.
And there's no reason for them to change the rules, because the particular rules in question are in place to prevent abuse.

ok i know its there rules, but imagenif anyother comapny done the same? for example a cell phone company the contract is unde your name and address, but you could not let anyone else use it becuase of some back stab worry.
IMH looking at recent actions by mods, they are treating the forums like a prison camp rather than a game site.

Unfortunately CCP own all data pertaining to EVE. Your character is data pertaining to EVE, therefore they own it. When you sign up you are effectively agreeing a single-user license for that character meaning it is for your use only. Things like that are in place to prevent abuse of accounts through distrubuted account ownership meaning that one person is accountable for all actions that take place on the account.
On topic:
If you are in the UK, sign up with paypal. If you have a Switch/Maestro or Solo debit card, you can use that to pay for your account too.

So if he goes to his friends house and uses his computer to log onto the forums and ask a question, you have a problem with that? Then why not post an 800 number on the home page of this site for non-subscribers to ask questions?
The way I read your objection if I'm playing EVE an let my niece push the F1 key to start the gun firing I'm violating the EULA. She's too young to understand combat or the different ships, but she likes to push the button that makes the ships blow up. .........and sometimes I let her. I guess that means I'm a EULA violator.
